Terms of Use
Acceptance
By accessing or using PanIndiaLawyers.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Nature of the service
PanIndiaLawyers.com is a managed legal-access and advocate-network platform. It facilitates case intake, document collection, case assessment for routing purposes and connection with advocates associated with its network. The platform does not itself act as an advocate.
No advocate-client relationship by use alone
Registering a matter, submitting an enquiry or using the AI-assisted tools does not by itself create an advocate-client relationship. Such a relationship arises only on engagement with a qualified advocate on terms agreed between you and that advocate.
Fees
Case registration and consultation fees are published on the pricing page and are configured by the platform administrator. Consultation fees are separate from fees for filing, drafting, appearances, representation and other legal work unless expressly stated. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity and jurisdiction of the matter.
Advocate availability
Advocate assignment depends on jurisdiction, practice area, availability and the outcome of a conflict check. Registration does not guarantee that an advocate will be assigned or that a matter will be accepted.
No guarantee of outcome
No specific legal result, relief, recovery, settlement or outcome is guaranteed. Legal outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, applicable law and the proceedings themselves.
AI-assisted tools
AI-generated content on this platform is informational. It is not legal advice, is not produced by an advocate, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to upload only documents you are entitled to share, and not to misuse the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Engagement terms
Where you proceed with an advocate for further legal work, the engagement terms shared with you at that stage will govern the scope of work and fees. Please review those terms before proceeding.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page applies to your current use of the platform.
Review before launch
The final legal wording of these terms should be reviewed by an appropriate Indian legal professional before commercial launch.
Refund policy
The ₹3,000 case registration fee covers intake, document review and the initial assessment. It is generally non-refundable once assessment work has begun. Where assessment has not commenced, a request for refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
